Does the Prieuré de Sion control the Roman Catholic Church today? According to various sources, including the Jewish Encyclopedia, the House of Rothschild has been the long-standing trustee of the Vatican’s wealth.

“Early in the 19th century the Pope came to the Rothschilds to borrow money. The Rothschilds were very friendly with the Pope, causing one journalist to sarcastically say ‘Rothschild has kissed the hand of the Pope... Order has been reestablished.’ The Rothschilds in fact over time were entrusted with the bulk of the Vatican’s wealth. The Jewish Ency., vol. 2, p. 497 states, ‘It is a somewhat curious sequel to the attempt to set up a Catholic competitor to the Rothschilds that at the present time (1905) the latter are guardians of the papal treasure.’ Researcher Eustace Mullins writes that the Rothschilds took over all the financial operations of the worldwide Catholic Church in 1823.  Today the large banking and financial business of the Catholic Church is an extensive system interlocked with the Rothschilds and the rest of the International Banking system.”  (Top 13 Illuminati Bloodlines, p.154)

It appears that the Medici were involved in the Rothschild takeover of the Vatican’s financial operations and, indeed, all of Italy, as well as the creation of a new front for the disentitled Bavarian Illuminati, the Carbonari, of which the Alta Vendita was the highest lodge:

“In 1821 Carl [Kalman Rothschild] was sent to Naples, Italy to oversee loans there that were meant to finance Metternich’s forces who had arrived to quell a rebellion. While in Italy the Rothschild ‘mantle’ came upon Carl and he made a series of ingenious deals with the Italian government that forced Naples to pay for its own occupation. He also helped Luigi de Medici of the Black Nobility to re-gain his position as finance minister of Naples, and later did business with the powerful man. Due to his success it was decided that he would stay in Naples and set up his own bank. He became financier to the court, the ‘financial overlord of Italy.’ Carl ‘...wound the Italian peninsula around his hand.’ He did business with the Vatican, and when Pope Gregory XVI received him by giving him his hand rather than the customary toe to kiss, people realized the extent of his power. The Pope conferred upon him the Order of St. George.

“It appears that in Italy Carl became a leader of Carbonarism. After the Bavarian Illuminati was exposed, Carbonarism (or the Alta Vendita) became the major European occult power. Carl’s leadership in this group is very significant. In 1818 a secret Alta Vendita document, that Carl had participated in preparing, was sent to the headquarters of Masonry. A copy of this document was lost, and the Masons got very upset, and offered rewards for the return of this copy. The title of the document translates ‘Permanent Instructions, or Practical Code of Rules; Guide for the Heads of the Highest Grades of Freemasonry’.” [Top 13 Illuminati Bloodlines, pp.179-180]

The Alta Vendita was governed by Jews and the “Permanent Instructions, or Practical Code of Rules; Guide for the Heads of the Highest Grades of Freemasonry” corresponds to the “The Protocols of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion”— more evidence linking the House of Rothschild with the Protocols. Recall that Jeroboam Rothschild directed the secret Elders of Zion.

“The original Italian translation of the document entitled Permanent Instructions or Practical Code of Rules; Guide for the Heads of the Highest Grades of Masonry was given to Nubio (Piccolo Tigre, a nondescript ‘Jew’) of the Alta Vendita lodge in 1824 when he was sent to Rome to carry it into effect, and it was to this instruction that he referred when he wrote from Forli to Signor Volpi, ‘As I have written to you before, I am appointed to demoralise the education of the youth of the [Roman] Church’. These secret Instructions which were written in 1815, are in perfect accord with the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion and intended only for a chosen few Masons of heavy calibre.”

The Prieuré de Sion, which is directed by the House of Rothschild, works from the shadows, yet one need only consider the list of past Grand Masters of this high cabal to begin to comprehend the magnitude of its influence and power. Baigent, Leigh and Lincoln disclosed the nature of its membership in Holy Blood, Holy Grail: “The French press, in a brief article on M. Plantard’s election as Grand Master in 1981, had stated that ‘the 121 high dignitaries of the Prieuré de Sion are all eminences grises of high finance and of international political or philosophical organizations’.” (p. 362)  In his Introduction to the Protocols of Zion, Victor Marsden wrote of other gray eminences who wield unofficial power, secretly sheltered under the umbrella of the Prieuré de Sion: “...in 1931...Jean Izoulet, a prominent member of the Jewish Alliance Israelite Universelle, wrote in his Paris la Capitale des Religions:—‘The meaning of the history of the last century is that today 300 Jewish financiers, all Masters of Lodges, rule the world.’” 

Springmeier stated in The Top 13 Illuminati Bloodlines, “It has been said all roads lead to Rome. For this book, it could be said all paths of investigation lead to the Rothschilds.” Which means all roads lead to the Prieuré de Sion: “The Prieuré de Sion - the Elders of Sion also relates to the Rothschilds who are reported to serve on a Jewish council of Elders of Sion...  For instance, Armstrong, The Rothschild Trust, p. 196, ‘That is the present objective of Jeroboam Rothschild and his secret Elders of Zion.’” (pp.152,163)  Springmeier also references Holy Blood, Holy Grail, “...the text of the Protocols [of the Elders of Sion] ends with a single statement, ‘Signed by the representatives of Sion of the 33rd Degree’.” (p.193)

One way to discover the Prieuré’s oversight of the occult underground is to follow the rabbit trails between various secret societies as they are mentioned in New Age publications. For example:

“...The Scandals of the Prieure de Sion...[alleged] On January 1981––two days, that is, after Pierre Plantard de Saint-Claire was elected Grand Master of the Prieure de Sion––a high-ranking member of the Order is alleged by ‘Cornelius’ to have had a meeting with Licio Gelli, Grand Master of the P2. The meeting is said to have occurred at the brasserie called La Tipia on the rue de Rome in Paris...

“...As far as we know it is widely disseminated....if any of ‘Cornelius’s’ allegations should prove to have even a degree of validity, it will open the lid of a particularly unpleasant can of worms...

“It is now generally acknowledged that P2, however influential and powerful it may have been, was (and probably still is) controlled by some even higher, more shadowy authority, which transmitted its instructions through Licio Gelli, the Lodge’s Grand Master. According to an Italian parliamentary commission, the organisation behind P2 lay ‘beyond the frontiers of Italy’. There has been much speculation, both plausible and otherwise, about his organisation. Some have identified it as the...Prieure de Sion.” (The Messianic Legacy, 308-9, 352)

“...while conducting their research, the authors of [Holy Blood, Holy Grail and The Messianic Legacy] came across indications that The Prieuré had been heavily infiltrated by both the Knights of Malta and the P2 Mason lodge, two secret societies notorious for their involvement with mobsters and fascists.” (Dagobert’s Revenge)

“I had intended to go into great detail linking P2, the Prieuré de Sion, the Vatican, the CIA, organizations for a United Europe, and the Bilderberg Group. Fortunately, Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh & Henry Lincoln beat me to it.” (William Cooper, Behold a Pale Horse, pp.77-9)

“Some interesting things have come to light about the Prieuré recently. One is that the Swiss Grand Lodge Alpina (GLA), the highest body of Swiss Freemasonry (akin to the Grand Lodge of England), may have been the recruiting body for the Prieuré. But the GLA is also said by some to be the meeting place of the ‘Gnomes of Zurich’ who are said to be the Power Elite of Swiss bankers and international financiers. The GLA is said by David Yallop to be the body which controlled the P2 Masonic Lodge in Italy.

“P2 controlled the Italian secret police in the 1970s, took money from the CIA and KGB, may have had a hand in the kidnapping of Aldo Moro by the Red Brigades, had 900 agents in other branches of the Italian government and the highest positions of the Vatican...used the Vatican Bank to launder Mafia drug money, fomented fascist coups in South America, and is most likely linked to the arch-conservative Knights of Malta and Opus Dei in the Vatican.” (Mysteries of Rennes le Chateau)

In 1958, Angelo Roncalli, who became Pope John XXIII, was allegedly a member of the Prieuré de Sion.

    “The name John had been implicitly anathematized since it was last used in the early fifteenth century by an Antipope!  Moreover, there had already been a John XXIII––the Antipope who abdicated in 1415.  Thus the selection by Roncalli of the name Pope John XXIII was unusual to say the least, and raised many questions.

    “One answer was suggested in 1976 by a book called The Prophecies of Pope John XXIII.  The book was allegedly a compilation of obscure prophetic prose written by the Pontiff.  In addition, the book also maintained that Pope John XXIII was secretly a member of the Rose-Croix, (a subtitle for the Prieuré de Sion) with whom he had become affiliated while acting as papal nuncio to Turkey in 1935.  Furthermore, it was suggested that Cardinal Roncalli, on becoming Pope, had chosen the name of his own secret grand master––so that, for some symbolic reason, there would be a John XXIII presiding over Sion and the papacy simultaneously.” (Library of Halexandria)

One of the first initiatives of John XXIII was to publish an encyclical on ‘The Precious Blood of Jesus,’ the staggering ramifications of which will soon be realized as the doctrines pertaining to Jesus’ crucifixion have been hurled into the public forum for debate:

“Finally, in June 1960, Pope John XXIII issued a profoundly important apostolic letter, whose subject was ‘the Precious Blood of Jesus.’ This letter emphasized Jesus’ suffering as a human being and maintained that the redemption of mankind had been effected by the shedding of his blood.  In the context of Pope John’s letter, Jesus’ human Passion and the shedding of his blood assume a greater consequence than the Resurrection or even than the mechanics of the Crucifixion!           

“The implications are enormous.  The letter alters the whole basis of Christian belief.  If man’s redemption was achieved by the shedding of Jesus’ blood, his death and resurrection become incidental––if not, indeed, superfluous.  Through his letter Pope John XXIII implies that the death of Jesus on the cross is no longer a requisite tenet of the Roman Catholic faith.  Jesus need not have died on the cross for the Catholic faith to retain its validity.” (Ibid.)

John XXIII’s encyclical allows for the Merovingian version of Jesus, who did not die but recovered from the crucifixion and fled to France with his wife and offspring. The author of the popular book, The DaVinci Code, “Dan Brown said that when he wrote the best seller that dissects the origins of Jesus Christ and disputes long-held beliefs about Catholicism, he considered including material alleging that Jesus Christ survived the crucifixion.” (MSNBC) The 1960 encyclical also cleared a theological path for “The Passion of the Christ” film which also overemphasized Jesus suffering as a human being, made no statement about His divinity and omitted, not only the Virgin Birth, but also the Ascension. So where did Mel Gibson’s “Jesus” go after his dubious resurrection, resuscitation and/or recuperation from the crucifixion? Perchance to the South of France with Mary Magdalene and their child? This is the gospel according to www.humanists.net/:

“If Jesus did not die on the cross he would have been forced to flee the Holy Land. If authorities discovered Jesus was still alive, he would have been punished again. So where would he have gone? There is a story of Christ’s life after the crucifixion. That the blood relatives of Jesus may still live among us!

“Rennes le Château is at the foot of the Peraniese Mountains in the South of France... a young Parish priest by the name of Bérenger Saunière...found four parchments, which started the mystery. Two of the parchments were written in code which he could not decipher. Saunière took the parchments to Paris to seek help from experts in military code and ciphers... Is it possible that the coded documents revealed to Bérenger Saunière that Christ had survived the crucifixion?” (The Fraudulent Crucifixion)

In 1961, John XXIII reinstated the Knights of Malta, according to Sodalitium, a Roman Catholic publication:

“June 24, 1961. On that date, the feast of Saint John the Baptist, patron of the Order (and of Masonry), John XXIII received the Knights at the Vatican, and to their great satisfaction, publicly issued the Brief by which the Commission of Cardinals instituted by Pius XII was suppressed. He also approved the new constitutions of the Order, and authorized the election of a Grand Master.” ("The Pope of the Council, Part 19: John XXIII and Masonry," Sodalitium, October/November 1996.)

Pope John XXIII then proceeded to rescind the prohibition of Roman Catholics holding membership in Freemasonry:

    “It was John XXIII who broke the ice with a measure that passed completely in silence, authorizing Protestants converted to Catholicism and initiated into Masonry to remain peacefully in the lodges. Since then, signs of contact have multiplied… John XXIII’s governance changed the 100 year intransigence of the Church vis a vis Masonry into an overture which resulted in permitting dual membership in the Church and in Masonry...

    “…that Masonry is an association in which all Christians have a place––John XXIII and Paul VI understood very well… Le grandi concoranze tra Chiesa e Massoneria (‘The major agreements between the Church and Masonry’)…didn’t exist between the Church and Masonry, but only between the latter and John XII, Paul VI, and John Paul II.” (Ibid.)

In 1978, John Paul I (Albino Luciani) was Pope for only 33 days. David Yallop’s book, In God’s Name, implicates the P2 Masonic Lodge in his untimely death. P2 stands for Propaganda 2. Interestingly, Pierre Plantard de Saint-Clair served as “minister of propaganda” under former President of France, Charles DeGaulle, who was the son of a headmaster of a Jesuit college in Paris. According to Yallop, the Rothschild-controlled Vatican Bank were laundering money for their Jewish brothers in the Medici Mafia:

“Specifically, the Knights of Malta, Italian Masonic lodge ‘P2’, and Holy Roman Empire restorationists ‘The Priory of Sion’ have all been proven to be linked to the hierarchy of the Vatican.  Global members of these fascist groups participate at the highest levels of the military, international politics, and finance.
    “‘P2’ (Propaganda 2) are perhaps the most visible, and are named after the propaganda machine of Nazi Joseph Goebbels, that effectively mind controlled the German people into believing their Rosicrucian racist ideology that led to the Holocaust. 
    “P2 has been linked to the Mafia, and directly implicated in the death of Pope John Paul I in 1978, as revealed by the acclaimed book ‘In God’s Name’ by respected journalist David Yallop. 
    “It is widely known that Pope John Paul I demanded resignations from Vatican insiders who were members of P2, and were involved in major money laundering for the Mafia through the Vatican Bank.  He also planned a complete reshuffle of the staff in the power structure of the Vatican.  The next night he was found dead in his room with a list of names scattered over his body, and was promptly buried without an autopsy.  Those listed were retained, and many were promoted to positions of more responsibility and power, including Chicago’s Bishop Paul Marcinkus who handled Vatican investments, and who eluded a suspicious Italian police by remaining within the Vatican’s walls.” (Neo-Nazis)

The current pope, John Paul II, is from Poland, a Jewish stronghold that was the center of Cabalism and the Baal Shem movement as well as the special province of the Illuminati. A Catholic article which exposes the Masonic connections of John Paul II and the influence of Jacob Frank on his papacy, also reveals the considerable damage the Frankist movement has inflicted on the citadel of Roman Catholicism. The author of “Karol, Adam, Jacob,” a Father Francesco Ricossa, first links Karol Wojtyla to Adam Mickiewicz (1798-1855), a Polish messianist and a figure of singular importance. According to Fr. Ricossa, Polish messianists consider Poland to be another Christ, crucified by and between its ancient enemies, Germany and Russia. Someday, Polish messianists believe, their nation will rise from the dead as Jesus did. Until then, their suffering is believed to be messianic in nature. Mickiewicz was a close associate of another Polish messianist, Andrzej Towianski (1799-1871), who was strongly influenced by Jacob Frank.  Towianski believed he was “charged with announcing ‘the end of Christianity’” and one of his disciples predicted the election of a Slavic Pope who would help to realize that objective:

“As for Towianski, in his humility, he believed he was, after Napoleon, the third epiphany of Christ, the predestined leader who to be born of a nation, Poland, martyr and redemptor like Christ. He was the ‘grisé and occultist of mystical literature; perhaps he was initiated into many secret societies’ (p. 252).‘His metaphysical and moral system, anti-rationalist and anti-authoritarian, was influenced by Saint Saint-Martin, Swedenborg, by T. Grabianka..’  But it was also influenced by a certain Jacob Frank, whom I shall treat. It is interesting to note that, for Towianski, at the end of time, hell would no longer exist. Many authors have been influenced by Towianski: the Polish Poet, Juliusz Slowaki (1803-1849), who would predict the election of a Slavic Pope, our subject here, Mickiewicz; the modernist writer, Fogazzaro.  Mickziewicz, Slowaki, and Krasinski were listed by Buttiglione as Karol Wojtyla’s ‘masters.’” (p. 32)...” ("Karol, Adam, Jacob," M. Mickeiewicz belonged to the Cabalistic Martinist Order and was influenced by Anne Catherine Emmerich, the psychic Augustinian nun whose hallucinations inspired Mel Gibson’s heretical film “The Passion of the Christ”:

“Was Mickewicz a Mason?...[His] Polish secret societies were the replica (and often the ally) of the Russian secret societies ––a type of Slavic Carbonarism... Mickiewicz, became a Martinist, from rationalist to ‘mystic;’ in 1836, he published Zdania I uwagi (Feelings and observations), a collection of quotes from the works of Böhme), Silesius and Saint-Martin.  With Saint-Martin, we are amid full blown Masonry, and even full blown Jewish Cabalism! It is in this esoteric environment, well established before the his affiliation with Towianski’s movement, that Mickiewicz’ thought becomes bogged down in the mud, ‘Strongly touched in his youth by the mystique of the secret societies...by Böhme with whom he fell in love in Dresden in 1832, by the visions of Frederick Wanner, by Swedenborg, by Baader and by Saint-Martin whom he had read in Paris in 1833, but also by Catherine Emmerich…and by the great mystics of the Christian tradition... Mickiewicz [was] among the most dangerous thinkers of ‘Masonic-Christian’ esotericism.” (Ibid.)

Adam Mickiewicz was also a colleague of the Italian Giuseppe Mazzini (1805-1872), the powerful Masonic revolutionary who, with Karl Marx, a Jew whose real surname was Mordecai, founded the Communist International. Guiseppe Mazzini also belonged to the Carbonari which had superseded the Bavarian Illuminati. Mazzini unified Italian Freemasonry to break the temporal power of the Papacy and, with his fellow Mason in the U.S., Albert Pike, united Freemasonry internationally to destroy the Church. In Occult Theocrasy, Edith Starr Miller wrote that the Communist International took a special interest in securing the independence of Poland for the benefit of the “Jewish Brotherhood” in that country:

    “At a meeting [of the Communist International] held in London, in 1865, the ‘re-establishment of Poland entire and independent’ was...discussed...and that the Conference must stand by the Polish cause. In 1866, a meeting or congress was held at Geneva... Another resolution favoring Polish Independence was passed...

    “To anyone unversed in the intricacies of International Politics at that date, the introduction and predominance of the measures concerning Poland seem senseless. All the International societies which, at that time, were affiliated with Young Italy of which Mazzini, if not in every case the nominal founder, was in all cases the moving spirit, were controlled by a central committee of which the famous Italian Revolutionary was the presiding genius. In this committee centered also the political power of Carbonarism plus that of Masonry as well as the of Judaism which, functioning through Mazzini, [Armand] Levi and [Adriano] Lemmi, found in the dawning of the International, an easy means of fostering revolutions on foreign territory and a centre of agitation towards extorting the extension of rights and privileges to their ‘Jewish Brothers’ in Poland, which at that date had the largest Jewish population of any country in the world. Thus, the International, later to become its most powerful agent and the tyrant of a nation, began to serve the Jewish International power.” (p. 492)

Protocol 17 of the Learned Elders of Zion boasts of the plan of the Prieuré de Sion to destroy the Catholic Church via infiltration by agents provocateurs, first, to corrupt the priesthood, a plan which is now yielding a harvest of evil fruit, and secondly, a smear campaign which altogether misrepresents the Catholic Church as a Gentile institution led by Christian pedophiles. It is worth noting that Pope John Paul II has done little or nothing to remove priests who are homosexual predators.

“2. We have long past taken care to discredit the priesthood of the ‘goyim,’ and thereby to ruin their mission on earth which in these days might still be a great hindrance to us. Day by day its influence on the peoples of the world is falling lower. Freedom of conscience has been declared everywhere, so that now only years divide us from the moment of the complete wrecking of that Christian religion: as to other religions we shall have still less difficulty in dealing with them, but it would be premature to speak of this now. We shall put clericalism and clericals into such narrow frames as to make their influence move in retrogressive proportion to its former progress.”

Pope John Paul II was the first Pontiff to openly visit a Jewish synagogue, where he prayed with the Chief Rabbi of Rome who was so impressed with the open-mindedness of the Pope that he converted to Catholicism and changed his name to Eugenio Pacelli in honor of Pius XII. The Vatican under John Paul II also forged full diplomatic ties with Israel and this pope is credited with ending 2,000 years of hostility and distrust between Christians and Jews. On January 17, 2002, the current Chief Rabbi of Rome held a special meeting with the Vatican Cardinals. The date, January 17, is the sacred day on which Grandmasters of the Prieuré de Sion are elected. The election of Grand Masters of the Prieuré de Sion on 17 Nisan is a statement of the Merovingian Jews’ presumed entitlement to the Messianic birthright. (See: 24.ANew Israel: Zionism) January 17 is also the date in 681 when Sigisbert IV, the deceased King Dagobert’s son, also known as the “Plant-Ard,” took refuge from the Carolingian assassins at Rennes-le-Chateau. On January 17, 2002, the Vatican Cardinals listened without a protest to Rabbi Di Segni’s ominous lecture concerning the future implementation of the Noachide Laws:

    “In Rome, on January 17, 2002, in the Lecture hall of the Major Roman Pontifical Seminary, a meeting was organized by the Diocese of Rome, part of the Day of Jewish-Christian dialogue. Present on the Catholic side were Cardinal Jorge Maria Mejia and Msgr. Rino Fisichella, and on the Jewish side, Rabbi Riccardo Di Segni, who replaced Rabbi Elio Toaff as Chief Rabbi of Rome...

    “Rabbi Di Segni...explains [the seven precepts that all noachides must respect]:

    “These rules are: interdiction of all worship except monotheism, interdiction on blasphemy, the obligation to form tribunals, the interdiction on homicide, theft, adultery, and incest, and the interdiction on eating food torn from living animals.

    “...The Rabbi’s attention is completely fixed on the first precept, that of monotheism: ‘As to the monotheist cult, apparently, it poses no doubt for the major religions.’ Aren’t Judaism, Christianity and Islam defined, in post-conciliar language that has become colloquial today,  as ‘the three major monotheist religions? In fact, Di Segni sees no difficulty in defining  Muslims as strict and even circumcised monotheists. But, as to Christians, he has some doubts....

    “This is where Di Segni---who is the author of the re-publication of the Toledoths Jehsu, under the new title, Il Vangelo del Ghetto [The Gospel of the Ghetto], with the Toledoths Jehsu being  the most inflammatory Jewish legends against Jesus (1)---‘speaks clearly’ to the prelates who heard him:

    “At the point we have now reached, it is necessary to make a clarification on Jewish theology, which, on the subject of monotheism and how it is lived by Christianity, gives rise to a debate that is essentially a dilemma. The point in question is in view of establishing whether Jesus’ divinity can be compatible, for a non-Jew (because for a Jew it is absolutely not) with the monotheistic concept.  

    “In other words: The Jew who would become a Christian, thus then believing in the divinity of Jesus, would cease to be a monotheist in order to become an idolater. Must one say the same thing of a non-Jew? Is believing in Jesus’ divinity a sin of idolatry, a violation of the first precept of the Noachide law? Rabbi Di Segni advises:

    “‘As to be expected, in Jewish theology, the answer to this question is not unanimous: some firmly deny it, others place certain conditions on it. The consequence is that, according to the literal opinion, the Christian would not be on the path of salvation’ since he is guilty of idolatry.

    “Di Segni concludes: ‘If one must literally apply the Noachide system of laws, it [the punishment of death] would be applied to all, so that the Noachides might observe it. Likewise, the punishment of death would apply to what treats forbidding the worship of strange gods,’ in view of monotheism.”  (559)

[Rabbi Di Segni’s message gives contemporary relevance to Revelation 20:4: “...and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God.”]

   “‘Christians must come to admit that the Jews, by virtue of their original and irrevocable election, as well as of their possession and observance of the Torah, possess a way toward salvation which is proper to them, a full and special way that has no need of Jesus.’...

    “Di Segni knows that he asks the impossible of Christians, and it is for this reason that he asks it. To admit that a man, even one man, one soul, even one, has no need of Jesus means to renounce Jesus. For Di Segni, this would be obtaining from Christians the implicit refutation of Jesus’ detested (by him) divinity. (3)...

Jean-Marie Cardinal Lustiger –– a member of the College of Cardinals, chief confidant of John Paul II, and considered by many to be a prime candidate for his successor –– says he is proud of his Jewish origins. On becoming Archbishop of Paris, Lustiger actually said: “I was born Jewish and so I remain, even if that is unacceptable for many. For me, the vocation of Israel is bringing light to the goyim. That is my hope and I believe that Christianity is the means for achieving it.” By “Israel” Cardinal Lustiger meant the Jewish people. By Christianity, he meant the apostate Church.

BEWARE THE IDES OF MARCH

     “The Roman ruler, Julius Caesar, was assassinated on the Ides of March - March 15, 44 B.C.E. In Shakespeare’s play Julius Caesar, a soothsayer tells Caesar who is already on his way to the Senate (and his death), ‘Beware the ides of March.’ Caesar replies, ‘He is a dreamer; let us leave him. Pass.’...

    “According to Plutarch’s account, Caesar had previously made the wise decision to stay within the safety of his bedroom chambers on the 15th of March. However, Caesar’s ‘friend’ Decimus (Albinus) Brutus (not Marcus Brutus) managed to convince him that the astrologer’s warnings were nothing more than superstitious foolishness. So Julius Caesar decided to attend the Senate on the 15th of March. On his way to the Senate, Caesar ‘accidentally’ met up with the astrologer. Upon seeing the astrologer, Caesar confidently informed Spurinna: ‘The Ides of March are come.’ Spurinna answered, ‘Yes, they are come, but they are not past.’ Later that day - on March 15, 44 B.C.E. - Caesar’s enemies assassinated him in the Pompey theater, at the foot of Pompey’s statue, where the Roman Senate was meeting that day in the temple of Venus.” (Calendars Through the Ages)

In 45 B.C., the Roman Senate appointed Julius Caesar imperator of Rome, i.e., emperor or absolute dictator for life. A statue of Caesar was even erected in the Roman temple with the inscription “To the Invincible God.” However, the citizens of Rome were fearful of a monarchy and soon thereafter Caesar was assassinated by certain Senators who wanted to preserve the Roman tradition of a republic.

“From the earliest [Roman] Empire, the emperors had taken the role of Pontifex Maximus, the high priest of the State religion. This had been initiated by Julius Caesar and continued by Augustus, his adopted son and first emperor of Rome. This ensured that the monarchy had to perform a priestly function in the running of the state. This is a striking similarity with that of the Egyptians and the Sumero-Accadians described above. The fact that the emperors were described as deities after their death until the time of Diocletian shows that the Roman Empire had a form of sacred monarchy. Diocletian’s example drives the point home more clearly. [Diocletian (245-313) conducted the last and most terrible of all the ten persecutions of the early Church.] Constantine, the first Christian emperor of Rome also saw himself as a god, though this ended when he became Christian. The period of emperors as gods in their lifetime didn’t last long, but as already mentioned the sacred monarchy goes back to the start of the period of Empire in Roman life.

The worship of Caesar had established in Rome the tradition of a “sacred monarchy” which would evolve centuries later into the Papal worship––the exultation of a religious leader as a literal “Christ on the earth.” This is the precise term used by various Catholic “saints”and popes, and most recently by another Cardinal, Joseph Ratzinger, the powerful Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (modern-day successor to the Inquisition) and the second most powerful person in the Vatican after the Pope. Ratzinger said:

“The twentieth century was one of the most crucial in human history, with its tragic and cruel events culminating in the assassination attempt on the ‘sweet Christ on earth’. Now a veil is drawn back on a series of events which make history and interpret it in depth, in a spiritual perspective alien to present-day attitudes, often tainted with rationalism.” (The Message of Fatima)

This is the same Cardinal Ratzinger who calls the Jews “our Jewish brothers,” who wrote that the Jews and Christians are inseparable, and who, in January of 2002, authorized a 210-page document by the Pontifical Biblical Commission, titled “The Jewish People and the Holy Scriptures in the Christian Bible” which states that “the Jewish messianic wait is not in vain,”––that Jews and Christians wait together for the Messiah, even though Jews are waiting for the first coming and Christians for the second coming! The Pontifical Biblical Commission stated: “Like them, we too live in expectation. The difference is that for us the One who is to come will have the traits of the Jesus who has already come and is already present and active among us.” If this statement seems to be saying that Christians await a messiah who will merely have the traits of Jesus Christ, and not Jesus Christ Himself, that is exactly what the Pontifical Commission said. 

James Caviezel, the actor who played the role of Jesus in “The Passion of the Christ,” was granted an audience with Pope John Paul II on the Ides of March. Considering the Merovingian agenda of this film and Masonic propensities of the pope, the date of this meeting would seem to be an esoteric signal of some importance. Perhaps the imminent restoration of the old Roman Empire with its “sacred monarchy” and persecution of Christians by means of another Inquisition – the Fifth Seal per Rev. 6:9-11 – after which the Pontifex Maximus, having been framed as the Antichrist, will be tried and executed for crimes against humanity. Just as vast powers and privileges were conferred upon Julius Caesar which precipitated his demise, the Great Whore will mount the Beast for a final whirl around the globe before she is cast off and finished for eternity. The Harlot Church will have fulfilled her intended purpose, that of neutralizing, exploiting, and ultimately eradicating the faith of Jesus Christ.

IS THE CONSPIRACY JEWISH?

“…‘I am Semitic. It’s my lineage, I’m from the house of David and Abraham,’ Caviezel said.” (National Catholic Reporter, 3/19/04)   “Caviezel: [Mel Gibson] wanted to make this film very Semitic. Instead of having an Aryan, blue-eyed Jesus, he wanted to have a very Semitic Jesus. Our faith is grounded in our Jewish tradition. We believe we’re from the House of David. We believe we’re from the House of Abraham, so we cannot hate our own...” (Newsweek, 2/15/04)   “In an interview with Senior Writer Sean Smith in the February 16 issue of Newsweek... Caviezel says Jewish leaders have ‘every right’ to defend their faith. ‘But I believe that when all my Jewish brothers see this film, they will realize that it’s not about assigning blame.’”   Jim Caviezel: “...I want my Jewish brothers to see this film.” (700 Club)

James Caviezel claims to be a traditional Roman Catholic, however his claims of a Semitic lineage in a number of interviews are most revealing. Of course, Mr. Caviezel’s allusions to having Jewish heredity are interspersed among declarations of personal and family devotion to the Roman Catholic tradition and frequent references to his Catholic piety, e.g. devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, daily Mass and receiving the Eucharist, frequent confession to a priest, wearing of relics and the penitential scapular, submission to the Pope and belief in Marian apparitions, particularly at Medjugorje, and so forth.

The question presents itself, if James Caviezel is a traditionalist Roman Catholic, why is he making veiled references to having a Semitic lineage? To our knowledge, the actor has made no statements of a personal or family conversion from Judaism to Roman Catholicism.

A reporter from the Charlotte Observer who interviewed James Caviezel wrote: “Caviezel – it’s a Romansch name from Switzerland...– prefers not to talk about his personal life.” Snippets of biographical information do not provide much information, but enough to allow for a possible Frankist/Merovingian ancestry: “His surname is Romansch (Rhaeto-Romanic), from Switzerland... Heritage: 50% Irish, 25% Slovak, and 25% Romanch”  His mother’s maiden name is Lavery, a Jewish surname. What we do know is that James Caviezel has stated in many interviews that he is Semitic: “‘I am Semitic. It’s my lineage, I’m from the house of David and Abraham,’ Caviezel said.” (National Catholic Reporter)

Although he does not provide any details about his Semitic lineage, Caviezel fairly exudes over his Roman Catholic religion.

“The catharsis for me to play this role was through Medjugorje, through Gospa [Our Lady]. In preparation, I used all that Medjugorje taught me. Mel Gibson and I were going every day for Mass together. Some days I couldn’t go for Mass, but I was receiving the Eucharist. Somewhere along the line, I heard that the Pope was going for confession every day, so I thought that I should go for confession as often as possible… So, the confession was the preparation for the Eucharist. Ivan Dragicevic and his wife Lorraine gave me a piece of the true cross. I kept this on me all the time. They made a special pocket in my clothes for it. I also had relics of Padre Pio, St. Anthony of Padoua, Ste Maria Goretti, and Saint Denisius, the Patron saint of Actors. Another thing was fasting. I read many of the messages continuously. Every day everyone could see me with the rosary in my hands… I ask Mary to guide me and my career... This film is something that I believe was made by Mary for her Son.” (The Mother’s Village)

James Caviezel’s profession seems disingenuous to this writer, a former Roman Catholic. He is hyperbolic, as if mocking the traditions of Roman Catholicism. Even so, to many Catholics Caviezel will appear fervently devout, which is the modus operandi of the Marranos according to Maurice Pinay: “...the Jews, thanks to their...skilled false conversion, entered Christianity and appeared publicly as Christians, however, secretly held to their Jewish religion. ...this secret belief was passed on by parents to children, covered with the appearance of an outward Christian militancy...” (p.239)

If it is the case that Caviezel is descended from Marrano Jews, this places “The Passion of the Christ” in an entirely different perspective. 

“…This infiltration of the Hebrews into the innermost heart of religions and nationalities, whereby they still preserve their former religion and their organizations in secret, has really formed Israelite ‘Fifth Columns’ in the bosom of the other peoples and the different religions; for if the Jew has gained entrance into the citadel of his enemies, he is active there, follows orders and carries on an activity which was planned in the Jewish secret organizations. This aims at controlling the people from within, whose conquest was resolved upon, as well as the control of his religious institutions, and to attempt to attain the decomposition of the same.” (Pinay, p.249)

We may assume that a Marrano Jew, strategically positioned as James Caviezel to influence the masses, is taking orders from the High Cabal, the Prieuré de Sion, which has determined to destroy and rid the world of every vestige of Christianity. Protocol 17, point #3 announces a time when the nations will judge the Roman Church, and its hierarchy and ecclesiastical system will be overthrown. When the Prieuré de Sion comes out of the closet, according to the Protocols, the Learned Elders will hypocritically play the peacemaker, while the World Court passes judgment on the Papal Court. The charge will be “deicide,” the act of murdering God, i.e. murdering the lineal descendants of Jesus Christ. In a mighty act of vengeance, the Papal Court will be turned over to the Knights Templar for execution, whereupon the Prieuré de Sion will replace the Pope with their own “Black Pope,” a Merovingian priest-king who will preside over a one world religion:

“When the time comes finally to destroy the papal court the finger of an invisible hand will point the nations towards this court. When, however, the nations fling themselves upon it, we shall come forward in the guise of its defenders as if to save excessive bloodshed. By this diversion we shall penetrate to its very bowels and be sure we shall never come out again until we have gnawed through the entire strength of this place.

The Papal decree for the arrest and execution of the Knights Templar was announced on October 13, 1307. Ironically, on October 13, 2004, the ancient Sanhedrin was revived in modern Israel. This body, which arranged for the crucifixion of Jesus Christ two thousand years ago, will most likely oversee the implementation of the abovementioned Noachide Laws.

Also, on October 13, 2004, James Caviezel addressed an All Day Eucharistic Prayer Vigil at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. One devoted Caviezel fan recapitulated the speech:

“The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D C, the most striking, beautiful place of worship you will find in the United States. I attended the Basilica Eucharistic Prayer Vigil on October 13, 2003.

“Among other things, it was the ideal place to not only view the ten-minute extended preview of Mel Gibson’s upcoming film, “The Passion,” but to also listen to the star, Jim Caviezel, give a closing talk to the all-day prayer vigil...

“...Jim, Mr. Caviezel, gave us, the audience, food for thought...and a job to do. He said the world is on a moral decline and it is up to us to fight it. We are to go out, and in a public place, practice our religion, so everyone can see we are not ashamed, nor are we afraid to do this. He followed this by a quote.

“I see a whole army of my countrymen, here in defiance of tyranny. You’ve come to fight as free men, and free men you are. What will you do with that freedom? Will you fight? Fight and you may die. Run, and you’ll live. At least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that...for one chance... just ONE CHANCE to come back here to tell our enemy that they may take our lives, but they will never take OUR FREEDOM!!! Every man dies, not every man really lives.’

“That quote is from the film “Braveheart.”

What? A devout Catholic quoting Sir William Wallace, the Merovingian nobleman who instigated the Scottish revolt aided and abetted by the Knights Templar, thereby providing a place of refuge for Templars who would be fleeing Europe?  Caviezel’s participation in the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception on October 13 brings to mind an old Cathar prophecy:

“There is an old Cathar saying: ‘Every 700 years, the laurel will grow green again.’ The dawn arrests of the Templars were in October, 1307. Perhaps one reason for the current burgeoning of interest in all things Templar, a colleague once told me, is because we are nearly at the seven hundredth year--2007.” (1034)

The demise of the Roman Catholic Church is prophesied in the book of Revelation, chapter 17, which describes in graphic detail the destruction of the Great Whore:

“So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration... And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth... And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.”Rev.17:3-6,9,16

Although “The Passion of the Christ” is represented as a Roman Catholic production, this is the exoteric interpretation of the movie, calculated to deceive the ignorant masses. Which explains why virtually all exposes of “The Passion” film are formulated rehashes of the heresies of the Catholic Church which ignore the Gnostic occultism that pervades the movie at a deeper level. This device is known as an ‘occult blind,’ that is, it is designed to “carry an open symbolism acceptable to the uninitiated, yet at the same time, to hide a more profound meaning accessible only to those familiar with Arcane symbolism.” (Ovason, p. 218)  Esoterically, “The Passion of the Christ” is not a Catholic production at all, but is rabidly anti-Catholic and loaded with occult messages for those who understand the secret doctrine, which is to destroy all forms of Gentile Christianity.

Much ado has been made about the Ugly Baby carried by the androgynous Satan in “The Passion of the Christ”. When interviewed by Christianity Today  Mel Gibson revealed the age of this Baby to be precisely 40 years old!   

“But what about the ugly baby?

“‘Again,’ said Gibson, ‘it’s evil distorting what’s good. What is more tender and beautiful than a mother and a child? So the Devil takes that and distorts it just a little bit. Instead of a normal mother and child you have an androgynous figure holding a 40-year-old ‘baby’ with hair on his back. It is weird, it is shocking, it’s almost too much—just like turning Jesus over to continue scourging him on his chest is shocking and almost too much, which is the exact moment when this appearance of the Devil and the baby takes place.’”

An androgynous mother holding a 40-year old baby with hair on his back distorts the mother-child motif “just a little bit”??? 

Mel Gibson’s view of the Devil also misses the mark:

“When asked why he portrayed Satan—an androgynous, almost beautiful being played by Rosalinda Celentano—the way he did, Gibson replied: ‘I believe the Devil is real, but I don’t believe he shows up too often with horns and smoke and a forked tail. The devil is smarter than that. Evil is alluring, attractive. It looks almost normal, almost good—but not quite.

“‘That’s what I tried to do with the Devil in the film. The actor’s face is symmetric, beautiful in a certain sense, but not completely. For example, we shaved her eyebrows. Then we shot her almost in slow motion so you don’t see her blink—that’s not normal. We dubbed in a man’s voice in Gethsemane even though the actor is a woman… That’s what evil is about, taking something that’s good and twisting it a little bit.’”

Is this how evil appears? Good, but with a twist of evil? What saith the Scriptures about the personification of Satan? According to God’s Word, Satan would take on the appearance of Mel Gibson (or any of the Evangelical sycophants who promoted this movie) rather than the malevolent-appearing character of Rosalinda Celentano!

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (II Cor. 11:13-15)

Judging by the success of  James Caviezel’s performance in “The Passion of the Christ,” mankind is primed for a Hollywood-type Jesus to appear on the world stage. Yet the prophet Isaiah foretold that the Messiah would lack the physical attractiveness that is so highly esteemed by the world: “...he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.” (Is.53:2)  We do NOT even tenuously think that James Caviezel is the Antichrist but, given this Messianic prophecy, it seems important to consider the converse of Isaiah’s words:

Which raises two more questions and the point of our inquiry...

• Will the Antichrist be Jewish?
• Is the Conspiracy Jewish?

The issue of a Jewish Antichrist is dealt with in some detail in Janet Moser’s report, The Lost Tribe of Dan: Early Christian and Jewish Views on the Identity of the Antichrist. This report is based on the evidence of Scripture that the Antichrist will be a Jew of the apostate tribe of Dan. “Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers...nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.” (Daniel 11:37)

Is the conspiracy Jewish? It seems reasonable that those who are making plans to rebuild the Temple of Jerusalem where a practitioner of witchcraft will be enthroned, per Dan.8:25, would be apostate Jews who reject the sinless Messiah sent by God who “commandeth all men every where to repent.” (Acts 17:30) These heretical Jews have a radically different concept of what their messiah ought to be, as the lesbian singer Joan Osborne intoned a few years ago, “just one of us.” In other words, a messiah closer to the versions of Jesus presented in the Gnostic gospels, the Talmud and New Age books like The DaVinci Code:

    “The legend of the Holy Grail is a legend about royal blood. When the Grail legend speaks of ‘the chalice that held the blood of Christ’...it speaks, in fact, of Mary Magdalene – the female womb that carried Jesus’ royal bloodline... Behold...the greatest cover-up in human history. Not only was Jesus Christ married, but He was a father...

    “The Sangreal documents simply tell the other side of the Christ story. In the end, which side of the story you believe becomes a matter of faith and personal exploration, but at least the information has survived. The Sangreal documents include...the Purist Documents – thousands of pages of unaltered, pre-Constantine documents, written by the early followers of Jesus, revering Him as a wholly human teacher and prophet. Also rumored to be part of the treasure is the legendary ‘Q’ Document... Allegedly, it is a book of Jesus’ teachings, possibly written in His own hand...

    “And these four chests of documents were the treasure that the Knights Templar found under Solomon's Temple... The documents that made the Knights Templar so powerful. The documents that have been the object of countless Grail quests throughout history.” (The DaVinci Code, pp.249-56)

Jesus Christ prophesied of the false messiah who would be acceptable to the apostate Jews when He said, “I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.” (John 5:43)  “In his own name” suggests that genealogical credentials will be used to validate the legitimacy of the false messiah of Israel, which is precisely the obsession of the Merovingian bloodline that blasphemously claims descent directly from Israel’s kings, David and Solomon and even Jesus. These claims of messianic blood, however baseless, are expedient for the Merovingians to achieve world hegemony.

The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown is merely a primer for neophytes, a thriller intended to introduce unbelievers and unstable Christians to the Merovingian heresy. However, hardcore occult literature and the Gnostic gospels present Jesus as an Essene master who was adept in the mysteries of the Cabala. In this context, the Merovingian Christ would appeal to Jews who prefer a Cabalist – a practitioner of witchcraft who, albeit human, has attained to godhood and will teach mankind the pathway to realizing their own inner divinity.

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God...  Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie” (II Thes.2:3-4, 9-11)   

Arguments against a Jewish conspiracy usually include the following:

• The global bankers and the owners of transnational corporations who conspire to overthrow Western civilization and restructure society are not exclusively Jews but include Gentiles as well.

Do we know this for a fact? If the dispersed Jews have been taking Gentile surnames for two millennia, as well as concealing their Jewish identity, who knows if power elites perceived to be Gentiles are not in reality crypto-Jews? 

• To promote the idea of a Jewish conspiracy is anti-Semitic and defamatory of all Jews.

This is hardly the case, for the conspiracy is primarily occultic and not all Jews are Cabalists, and even fewer are members of the High Cabal. Many Jews eschew the idolatrous paganism of the Cabalists, who have already demonstrated they will exterminate their Jewish brothers, who follow the Torah, to achieve their conspiratorial aims. In fact, Bible prophecy foretells the fate of the Jews---that two thirds will be destroyed, yet there will be a remnant, a third of Jewry, which is persecuted by the Antichrist system, but protected by God:

“And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.” (Zech.13:8,9)

The term “anti-Semitism” involves a number of fallacies, one of these being that all of the Semitic people are of Hebrew descent. It is a fact, however, that the Hebrews comprise only 10% of world Semites. Dr. Alfred Lilienthal observed that, “In fact, it is the Zionists who have been anti-Semites starting from the holy land of Palestine and ending with a worldwide movement against Muslims and Arabs who form 90 percent of the Semites.”

Another misconception, fostered by failure to understand the history of Israel, is that the international Hebrew community is religiously and politically monolithic and that criticism of one faction within this community amounts to prejudice against all people of Hebrew descent. In fact, most theories of a “Jewish conspiracy” condemn all Jews and fail to take into account the schism that split ancient Israel, which was precipitated by the idolatry of the tribe of Dan.

There is weighty evidence that tribe of Dan were the progenitors of the Merovingians. This evidence is presented in The Lost Tribe of Dan, which also explains why the tribe of Dan is still at war with the tribe of Judah. In brief, Samson’s riddle to the Philistines is really a prophecy: “Out of the eater came forth meat, and out of the strong came forth sweetness.” Judg.14:14  The riddle recalled an incident when Samson “turned aside to see the carcase of the lion: and, behold, there was a swarm of bees and honey in the carcase of the lion. And he took thereof in his hands, and went on eating, and came to his father and mother, and he gave them, and they did eat...” Samson’s prophecy suggests that the tribe of Dan intends to destroy the tribe of Judah and inaugurate their own messiah who will rule a world kingdom from Israel, not Judah. From the carcass of the young lion (destruction of Judah) the tribe of Dan (symbolized by bees) will produce a Golden Age (symbolized by honey). 

Specifically, the Antichrist of the tribe of Dan would rule from the northern area which was occupied by Dan, namely Mount Sion, also called Mount Hermon (Deut.4:48)  This Canaanite territory was chosen by Dan because it was the location of the sacred site, Mount Hermon. Located on the 33º latitude and longitude, Mount Hermon/Sion is where the Nephilim (fallen angels) descended per Genesis 6. This accounts for the bestial nature of the Antichrist and his ancient lineage. (See: Heeding Bible Prophecy: Mount Sion/Hermon)

THE SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN   

Since the designation “Jew” belongs exclusively to the tribe of Judah, only the tribe of Judah is “Jewish. Other tribes of Israel who call themselves Jews are appropriating to themselves an ancient birthright which is not rightfully theirs, for the Messiah would descend through the tribe of Judah. Revelation 2:9-10 refers to the synagogue of Satan as “them which say they are Jews, and are not.” In His message to the church at Smyrna, Jesus spoke of this group as a synagogue, that was not Jewish:

“I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”

The establishment of the synagogue, according to the Jewish Encyclopedia, was of ancient origin and, therefore, the ancient Israelites would have had synagogues which continued in both kingdoms subsequent to the great schism:

“By the time [the synagogue] had become the central institution of Judaism (no period of the history of Israel is conceivable without it), it was already regarded as of ancient origin, dating back to the time of Moses (see Yer. Targ., Ex. xviii. 20 and I Chron. xvi. 39; Pesiḳ. 129b; Philo, ‘De Vita Mosis,’ iii. 27; Josephus, ‘Contra Ap.’ ii., § 17; Acts xv. 21).”

We may infer from Revelation 2:9-10, that a portion of the northern kingdom of Israel, which was dispersed after the Assyrian invasion, settled in Smyrna in Asia Minor. Furthermore, that these Israelites claimed to be Jews and, after the death of Christ, persecuted His Church in that city. The bishop of Smyrna during the first part of the second century was the famous Polycarp who was burned at the stake sometime around the year 155. That Jews were behind Polycarp’s martyrdom is evident in the Letter of the Smyrnaeans to the Church at large:

    “When this was proclaimed by the herald [that Polycarp confessed himself to be a Christian] the whole multitude both of Gentiles and of Jews who dwelt in Smyrna cried out with ungovernable wrath and with a loud shout, ‘This is the teacher of Asia, the father of the Christians, the puller down of our gods, who teacheth numbers not to sacrifice nor worship.’... These things then happened with so great speed, quicker than words could tell, the crowds forthwith collecting from the workshops and baths timber and faggots, and the Jews more especially assisting in this with zeal, as is their wont...

    “So [the Evil One] put forward Nicetes, the father of Herod and brother of Alce, to plead with the magistrate not to give up his body, ‘lest,’ so it was said, ‘they should abandon the crucified one and begin to worship this man’--this being done at the instigation and urgent entreaty of the Jews, who also watched when we were about to take it from the fire, not knowing that it will be impossible for us either to forsake at any time the Christ who suffered for the salvation of the whole world of those that are saved--suffered though faultless for sinners--nor to worship any other.
    “For Him, being the Son of God, we adore, but the martyrs as disciples and imitators of the Lord we cherish as they deserve for their matchless affection towards their own King and Teacher. May it be our lot also to be found partakers and fellow-disciples with them. The centurion therefore, seeing the opposition raised on the part of the Jews, set him in the midst and burnt him after their custom.”

The Lord Jesus also referred to the synagogue of Satan in His message to the Church at Philadelphia:

“Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.” (Rev. 3:9)

According to the Catholic Encyclopedia, “St. Ignatius of Antioch later sent to the Christians of Philadelphia an interesting letter warning them against the Jews (Funk, ‘Die apostolischen Vätter’, Tübingen, 1901 pp 98-102).”  Ignatius of Antioch had also contended with the Judaising heresy in his church at Syria from the late first century until his martyrdom in Rome c. 110 A.D. The Encyclopedia Britannica states: “Ignatius apparently fought two groups of heretics: (1) Judaisers, who did not accept the authority of the New Testament and clung to such Jewish practices as observing the Sabbath, and (2) the Docetists...”

“IGNATIUS THEOPHOROS (Greek: ‘God Bearer’) (d. c. 110, Rome), bishop of Antioch, Syria, known mainly from seven highly regarded letters that he wrote during a trip to Rome, as a prisoner condemned to be executed for his beliefs. He was apparently eager to counteract the teachings of two groups--the Judaizers, who did not accept the authority of the New Testament, and the Docetists, who held that Christ's sufferings and death were apparent but not real. The letters have often been cited as a source of knowledge of the Christian church at the beginning of the 2nd century. Ignatius represented the Christian religion in transition from its Jewish origins to its assimilation in the Greco-Roman world.”

ZIONISM: OF GOD OR SATAN?

MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, simply defined, is that portion of the Gentile Church which is controlled by the Synagogue of Satan. The Great Whore has been riding this Beast lo these many centuries, seducing multitudes with the Babylonish apparel of her princes, her mystical rites, idolatrous worship and her brotherhood of spiritual elites, whose monasteries are fronts for homosexual and occult activity. After having exploited Christianity to establish a global kingdom, the Beast will eventually overthrow the Great Whore and remove the mask, revealing its Jewish identity. Until then, the Synagogue of Satan will continue to make use of the Mother of Harlots to obtain its immediate objective---reconquest and repossession of the Holy Land.

Scriptural promises abound that God Himself will regather the House of Israel and bring them into “their own land.”

“And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth. The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.” (Is. 11:10-13)

Note, in the first passage below, God’s opinion of Israel’s treatment of the nations which graciously hosted the Diaspora, as well as His reason for restoring them to their homeland:

“And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them. And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the LORD, and are gone forth out of his land. But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went. Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went. And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.” (Ezekiel 36:18-24)

“Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.” (Ezekiel 37:11)

For more than a century, the Zionists have been gathering their fellow Israelites from all over the world.  Shall we conclude then, that by bringing the Jews to Israel, Zionism is therefore a movement of God and should be supported by Christians? This movement is not the fulfillment of God's promise to regather Israel, per se, but is Satan's counterfeit of Bible prophecy to establish the world kingdom which he will rule through the Antichrist from Israel. Satan is, in fact, using Zionism to regather the Jews to Israel for another Holocaust which will take place during the Tribulation period.  Dispensational preacher Arno Gaebelein warned Christians against alliances with Zionism:

“Zionism is not the divinely promised restoration of Israel... Zionism is not the fulfillment of the large number of predictions found in the Old Testament Scriptures, which relates to Israel's return to the land. Indeed, Zionism has very little use of argument from the Word of God. It is rather a political and philanthropic undertaking. Instead of coming together before God, calling upon His name, trusting Him, that He is able to perform what He has so often promised, they speak about their riches, their influence, their Colonial Bank, and court the favor of the Sultan. The great movement is one of unbelief and confidence in themselves instead of God's eternal purposes.” (Paul C. Merkley, The Politics of Christian Zionism 1891-1948, p. 66)

There is within Jewry a movement which has opposed the Zionist Movement from its inception. Neturei Karta, which means “Guardians of the City,” is comprised of ultra-Orthodox Jews who believe that the present condition of the Jew is a reflection of divine wrath. One of its chief proponents, I. Domb, wrote in The Transformation: The Case of the Neturei Karta:

“The course of events culminating in the destruction of the Sanctuary, was unfolded in a miraculous way, as we have been told by our Sages: 'Verily, hands full of Fire descended from Heaven to burn the Temple of G”d . . . G”d has crushed the strong in our midst . . . In His anger He cut off all the pride of Israel.”

“At the time of our expulsion, we were not physically weaker than at the time of our entry into Eretz Yisrael, nor were our enemies more formidable. We were banished by divine decree--not by the hazards of war and the defeat. Moreover throughout our long Galut, the calamities which have befallen us in its course, continue to defy explanation in purely natural and physical terms. Likewise, no convincing rational explanation can be advanced in support of the persistent phenomenon of antisemitism, extending to many periods of history and many different and widely separated territories and the uniqueness of the intensity... This hostility and the extreme forms of savagery inflicted on us by our persecutors must be attributed to factors other than those of human causation.” (pp. 9-10)

“But when we Jews who have remained true to our faith, ponder over our future, we have to think in divine terms, in terms of G”d's promises to us through the prophets, of the redemption according to divine revelation with everlasting joy and happiness, which the advent of the Messiah will inaugurate, as is plainly written in our Torah, and which far transcends the highest aspiration and advantages that Zionism can offer the Jewish People, or, for that matter, even the greatest good to which any other nation can aspire.” (p. 14)

1. Domb further maintains that the Zionist Movement and its precursor, Reform Judaism, have removed the Jews from observance of the Torah and substituted in its place the secular humanism that characterizes 95 % of world Jewry today.

“The way was prepared for Zionism by the reform movement or the so-called Haskala with its teaching that the laws governing the world could all be understood by human reason. The influence of the Haskala began to undermine the pillars of Judaism, and once the infection had spread to the Jewish masses, Zionism, the faithful offspring and disciple of the Haskala Reform, arose to continue the work of its father and to apply its teachings to the Jewish people. The Haskala and Zionism were mutually dependent in the process; the former breached the wall of the citadel of the faith, and the latter, disguised in an imitation of Jewish garb, entered through the breaches in order to carry on the work of destroying the main structure.” (p. 7)

The secularization of Judaism has been systematically achieved through the Zionist campaign:

“...when Zionism reached its zenith and engulfed almost all sections of Jewry, an active Zionist campaign for the estrangement of the Jewish people from the Torah was intensified. Laxity, and among certain sections, even animosity towards our religion on the part of Zionism, is not incidental but a direct outcome of Zionist ideology.

“Throughout the period which has elapsed since Zionism first appeared on the Jewish scene, Zionists fought religion by different methods. Their writers and ideologists have, either openly attacked, or discreetly ridiculed Judaism. The anti-religious bias of Zionism was by no means confined to writings and speeches, but was expressed in a practical manner in logical sequence from the theory... They established schools and sought to eliminate every trace of religious thought, from the minds of the children attending them. As their numbers grew, they were determined to seize power and dominate communal life; they gradually managed to seduce large numbers of Jews from their Torah observance, and bring them under the influence of irreligious and even anti-religious circles... All this leads to one obvious conclusion: that Zionism is basically the reverse of our Emuna [faith] and religious ideology. To become a Zionist means to conceive Jewry as something temporal and earthly, utterly divorced from all the divine connections, upon which the whole of Emuna is based.” (pp. 21-2)

1. Domb argues that Zionism does not constitute the fulfillment of God's plan for the Jews but rebellion against it. This, in turn, will incur more of God's wrath upon the Jews, according to Lubavitch Rabbi, Shulem Ben Shneersohn:

“Should—Heaven forbid—the Zionists succeed in obtaining a country as they hope, they will defile and desecrate it with their abominations and their evil deeds and thus prolong—Heaven forbid—the length of the Exile.” (p. 233)

Previously, I. Domb mentioned that, among the Zionists there arose a group called the Canaanites, which will partially account for the abominations that the will defile the nation of Israel upon full acquisition of the land. Keep in mind that the ancient Canaanites occupied the far northern territory surrounding Mount Sion/Hermon which was later occupied by the apostate Tribe of Dan:

“A group which calls itself the Canaanites and consists of those who have had a complete Zionist education... The Canaanites claim perfectly naturally that they belong to the ancient culture of the original Canaanite nation which occupied the land now called Israel in ancient times. Therefore, they claim, that they must acknowledge and re-adopt the ancient culture of the country with the main principles involved in that culture... What has happened is perfectly simple. The Zionist heresy, with its compete and essential denial of the whole content of Judaism and of the Holiness of the Torah, has created a vacuum which cannot long be unfulfilled... the reason for the appearance of this group and the Canaanites myth which it propagates, is t provide something that can fill the vacuum... it is a clear and unmistakable sign that the uprooting of the Torah, has succeeded to such an extent as far as the younger generation is concerned, that they are ready to grasp with enthusiasm at even the most fantastic of myths.” (pp. 87-88)

Although the Zionist Movement is not the fulfillment of God's promises to regather the tribes of Israel, neither will ultra-Orthodox Jewry represent the 144,000 Jews from the twelve tribes (excluding Dan) who will stand with Jesus Christ on Mount Zion. The true 144,000 of Revelation 14 “have not defiled themselves with women,” which is a reference to the pagan sex rites that will be prevalent during the Tribulation Period, per Rev. 9:21. However, ultra-Orthodox Jewry which comprises the membership of Neturei Karta derives its ideology from the Talmud and the Kabalah, both of which elevate fornication to a virtue. “The great Lubavitcher rabbi” previously quoted by I. Domb would be a Kabbalist, a practitioner of Jewish occultism who awaits the Lubavitcher messiah. (See: Under the Law)  Domb himself embraces the Gnostic notion of the divinity of man as being the exclusive privilege of the Jew.

    “...This order of reward and punishment, reward for mitzvot and punishment for averoth, is a privilege for us Jews, and constitutes the loftiest elements of our constitution, the divine quality inherited from our forbears and finally confirmed on Mount Sinai.

    “For this Torah is constituted according to divine conceptions, far above human grasp. Consequently, in the majority of both mitzvot and averoth, the remoteness from human reasoning, manifest in this formulation is self-evident; but even those which seem logical enough and useful to human society, do in fact contain higher divine aspects, incomprehensible to the minds of mortals. Only the Jews, the people who are endowed with divine quality, have been conditioned to undertake and perform these sacred functions. The order of reward and punishment is the direct result of their eternal and indissoluble union with G”d, as no other human has the possibility of being included in that order; thus only a Jew can evoke either the punishment or the reward involved in these acts, the commandments of a purely G”dly aspect.” (p. 8)

We are forced to conclude that ultra-Orthodox Jewry is simply the religious extreme of the dialectic in professed, but not actual, opposition to secular Zionism. The dialectical process, which is designed to polarize the masses and destabilize the status quo in order to restructure the social order, will ultimately unite world Jewry in a Babylonian religious system based on Kabbalism, which is the common denominator of Zionism and ultra-Orthodox Jewry.

Psalm 119:91 says of the Lord, “...for all are thy servants”— which reveals that all men, even the wicked, are fulfilling the sovereign purposes of God whether they realize it or not. So the Zionists, who are funded by the House of Rothschild and think they are so brilliant as to outwit, not only the Christians, but God Himself, are in fact opposing themselves (Acts 18:6) and, in the final analysis, signing their own death warrants. Likewise, the ultra-Orthodox Kabbalists.

Scripture is explicit that when the Jews return to Israel, they will face the Tribulation period. In order to control Israel from Jerusalem, the tribe of Dan must exterminate Judah and usurp its place in the Messianic lineage. Even so, Scripture foretells that, after the slaughter of two-thirds of Jewry is allowed to take place, the Lord Jesus Christ will save Judah:

“The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah. In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them. And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem...

“And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.” (Zech. 12:7-10; 13:8,9)

And so we are given to understand that God has not cast off His people forever, but a glorious day awaits the remnant of Judah when the Lord Jesus Christ will reveal Himself.

“And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn... And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.” (Zech.12:10-11,13:6)

The apostle Paul spoke of this remnant of Jews, the elect who will be saved by grace and not by the works of the law.

“I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying, Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.” (Romans 11:1-7)  

“But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.” (Romans 2:29) 

The conversion of Paul, who deemed himself the “chief of sinners” for his former hatred of Jesus Christ and persecution of His Church, demonstrates God’s mercy and covenantal salvation of believing Israel at the Second Coming of Christ. The remnant of Israel will then be saved, the wicked in Israel having been destroyed, per Zechariah 12:8-9:

“In view of the preceding chapter [Romans 11] on Israel’s rejection, the question is asked ‘Hath God cast away His People?’ Is there nothing more in store for national Israel? God forbid. If it were so, God’s gifts and calling would be subject to repentance and He would not be the faithful, covenant-keeping God. He foreknew His people Israel and that foreknowledge embraced all their sad history of failure and apostasy. The Apostle Paul speaks of himself as an Israelite of the seed of Abraham. He demonstrates in his own experience the fact that God hath not cast away His people. Hating Christ, having zeal for God without knowledge, a persecutor of the church, he had obtained mercy that in him Jesus Christ might show forth all long-suffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on Him (1Tim.1:16). His unique conversion must be looked upon as a prophetic type of the conversion of the remnant of Israel, when the Lord comes. As Saul of Tarsus saw Him in the glory-light, so the Israel living in the day of the second Coming of Christ will behold Him (Zech.12:10; Rev.1:7). This vision will result in their national conversion...

“A mystery is made known. Blindness in part has happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. The fulness of the Gentiles means, the full number of the saved, gathered out from among the Gentiles, who constitute the church, the body of Christ. And when the body is joined to the Head in glory, the time of the coming of the Lord for His Saints (1Thes.4:17), the Lord will turn again to Israel. All Israel, that is, the all Israel living in the day will be saved, when the Deliverer comes out of Zion (Isaiah 59:20; Psalm 14:7). It is the second, visible, personal and glorious coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob and take away their sins. Between the coming of the Lord for the Saints, who will meet Him in the air, and His coming in great power and glory, are the days of Jacob’s trouble, when the nation will have to pass through the fires of tribulation and the wicked among Israel will be cut off. And after He has come and has taken away their sins, all the great prophecies of Israel's earthly glory will be fulfilled... A doxology closes this dispensational section of the epistle.” (A.C. Gaebelein’s Annotated Biblical Commentary)

As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!” (Romans 11)
