Activist Jonny Daniels hands papers to court and says a 'clear and strong message' has been sent that the Holocaust denier's planned tour is 'entirely unacceptable'
A Jewish heritage expert working in Poland has called on the country’s national prosecutor to ban Holocaust denier David Irving from the country to stop him leading a tour of camps and Nazi sites in September.
British-born Israeli Jonny Daniels, who runs the Poland-based From the Depths Foundation, said “a clear and strong message that this is entirely unacceptable must be sent” as he lodged official documentation with the prosecutor’s office.
Daniels joins a long list of those appalled at the prospect of Irving leading a £3,000 per person tour of camps including Treblinka, Sobibor, Belzec and Majdanek.
