Law 447 - triumph of racism - prof. Anna Raźny
All aspects of USE 447 are negative. This is a grossly wrong law in every respect - not only legal, moral and political, but also civilizational. Its determinant is the thesis about the inequality of victims of German Nazism and World War II in both the sphere of law and justice, as well as truth and morality - factors shaping not only politics and social relations, but also culture and civilization. The act speaks of financial compensation only for victims of the Holocaust - also in a situation where they did not leave their heirs. It must be strongly emphasized that he speaks explicitly about money, because the claims of Jewish heirs - in this case from the USA - were met already in 1960, when Poland paid $ 40 million for this purpose to the American government under an interstate agreement.
Heirless property in the form of financial compensation would be taken over by Jewish organizations from the USA and Israel. The questions of not only Poles, but also honest Jews - also in Israel and the USA - expressing opposition are obvious: what about the victims of the genocide of other nations - for example, with Poles murdered by Germans or Banderites in Volhynia and Eastern Lesser Poland? On what basis did the US Congress segregate the victims of Hitler's Germany according to nationality and divided their millions into better and worse ones? A better or in other words representing the Jewish nation is everything - not only the honor and nimbus of uniqueness, but also non-historical properties, which for the memory of them are to be taken over by unauthorized institutions. All the rest of the victims - with the Polish at the forefront - is worse only because it is of a different nationality. The scale of this racism is increased by the law 447 imposed on "worse" victims - and above all on their heirs - the obligation to provide financial compensation to better victims. Poles are therefore to pay Jewish institutions for being worse victims. This is the triumph of racism in the sphere of not only law, but also morality and culture, and thus - civilization. It is a contradiction of the basic elements of Christian civilization, which Feliks Koneczny aptly portrayed as quincunx - truth, goodness, beauty, health and prosperity. All these categories co-create the common good, All exclude all forms of racism.
The Law 447 adopted by US Congress is an absurdity in the sphere of history and politics: contrary to the truth and facts, it points out as guilty - who is to pay for the Holocaust - not Germany but Poland. It indicates not the perpetrator, but the victim. This historical revisionism is an anti-axiological precedent in world history. It is based not only on the anti-values: injustice, moral and historical falsehood, the rejection of the principles of democracy and the law in force in our civilization - but also on the US military power standing behind the act. The United States chose this precedent as an ideology that proclaimed not only the uniqueness of the Holocaust, degrading all genocides of other nations and their suffering, but also acknowledging the uniqueness of the Jewish people and its state of Israel, relieving him of responsibility for the threatening world criminal policy in the Near East. The essence of this policy is best expressed by the concept of racism. Total racism, exhibited in Law 447 on the economic level. Here Poles as a nation, society, civic community become in the majesty of American law not only worse, deserving of humiliation, but also to be plundered.
The bill exposes the true face of not only Jewish claiming circles, but also the US Congress. Face hostile to Poland. With the military guarantee of the United States, the law clearly tells us: do not have any illusions !. For the Polish society - enslaved by the myth of America as an empire of good from the Cold War, so far maintained in political obedience to this illusion - it is a cognitive shock. The average Polish citizens are afraid of the truth about Poland's greatest "ally". Meanwhile, the true face of America imposing the atheistic civilization of racism on the world has been widely described in the 1990s by the Western and Russian authors of various political options.It is enough to remind Patrick Buchanan, Alain Blum, Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira, Naomi Klein, Aleksander Dugin and Aleksander Panarin. All these analyzes of the civilizing role of the USA in the modern world have been neglected in Poland, and some - such as Dugin - stigmatized as hostile. It is worth recalling the works of Aleksander Panarin here, including his book The Temptation of Globalism ( Iskuszenije głobalizmom - 200o ), where the author shows that the civilization imposed on the world by the US is contrary to Christianity. From the perspective of this contradiction, it is anti-civilization. From the point of view of Christian ethics, the ideology of American globalism based on extreme liberalism - carried out with irrational determination by the US and its allies - is according to Panarin a nihilistic and at the same time racist utopia. It establishes the order of the world in the interest of the rich against the poor. In this order they dominate as an instrument of its implementation: manipulation, falsification of truth, double standards. It is necessary to return to the moral-religious fundamentalism. It will become - predicts Panarin - the basis of a mobilizing culture, thanks to which it will be possible in the 21st century to protect the poor from the rich.
Such views are condemned in Poland for rejection, although they can be used for our defense against the implementation of Act 447. The powerful pro-American and pro-Israeli lobbies, agents of American-Israeli influence have done everything to enslave the American myth in Poland to this day. Any criticism of the prevailing political option and an attempt to build alternatives were treated and are still a betrayal of Poland, as evidenced by Mateusz Piskorski's imprisonment more than two years ago, which was formulated without legal evidence to serve the interests of Russia and China. Meanwhile, the alleged allegations of serving American-Israeli interests can be made to thousands of people from the political system ruling Poland and its intellectual, media and business base. It is a multitude of believers - with the current power at the forefront - of the same ideology that enslaved the American political establishment and its emanation the US Congress. It is they, not the Americans, who guard the ideological status quo in Poland and do not allow the adoption of a foreign policy consistent with the Polish national interest and our civilization norms. They are responsible for vassilating Poland against the US-Israel tandem and for alienating it in the EU, where we play the role of a Trojan horse. Currently, they are responsible for the fact that the European Union is not on our side and will not confront the law 447. Also for the fact that Russia will not stand on our side, with measures of pressure on both the US and Israel. The US-Israel camp operating in Poland without any obstacles has made us its biggest enemy in Europe. And so little had to be done to get Moscow's favor now. It was enough not to go against the EU military in the military sphere and build your own defensive army. It was enough to dismiss the role of warmonger and euromaidan ideologue in Kiev, to leave the monuments of the Red Army soldiers, which reminded Moscow that it was and should be the guarantor of the western border of Poland.
To get out of the geopolitical trap in which Poland found itself at the request of its own governments - and a large part enslaved by the American myth of society - and not only to face Law 447, but also to prevent US and NATO-led war on Russia in our area, you need a powerful spurt of Poles. Such a spurt, which in the first place will weaken the influence of the American-Israeli camp in Poland and, in consequence, will remove it from power. The beginning should be the rejection of Law 447 on the foundation of Christian civilization, and then working out a program for the parliamentary elections, which will not only protect our assets against racist civilization, but will allow us to initiate our sovereign development. . The program protecting Polish natural goods - water, forests and deposits - before sale, concessions and leasing for foreign companies is real. Its guarantee is our civilization. On this basis, it is also possible to unite all non-system national-patriotic social circles.
