Mange kjenner etter hvert til navnet Elon Musk, mannen bak el. bilen Tesla. Norske media formidlet tidligere i år nyheten om at hans Spacex selskap har fått innvilget en søknad om å sende opp 4425 kommunikasjons satellitter(1),(2). Planen er at dette skal skje i 2019. Hvis Musk & co får det som de vil, kommer antallet etter hvert til å øke til 12 000(1).
